Welcome to our brewery located in Louisville, Kentucky. Our brewery and Taproom, \u201cthe Fallout Shelter\u201d opened in May of 2012, producing beer for the masses and your survival.<\/p>\n

Our passion is in creating small-batch, fresh craft beer. We support sustainability with our solar-heated water, grain reuse, material recycling and the re-use of found objects and equipment used to build our brewery.<\/p>\n

With a combined total of over 40 years of homebrewing experience, our local, regional and nationally winning brewers are excited to be a part of Louisville\u2019s great craft beer scene and brewing tradition.<\/p>\n
